While moving, diligence to the few
responsibilities outlined below will
reduce your moving stress and any
miscommunication between you and your
movers will be easily avoided.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer or his agent should be
available at all stages of the move
whether in person or by telephone.
The customer is responsible to check the
inventory list for accuracy and to sign
all pages of the inventory list and bill
of lading upon receipt of shipment.
Standard business practice requires the
customer to pay the minimum estimated CF
as written on his/her estimate. This is
because that specific volume has been
set aside for the customer's use and
cannot be filled by another shipment. If
you request more services than those
included in the estimate, full payment
for those added services may be required
at the time of delivery.
